| Lu Yinlin, men,borned
in Tangshan City in 1946, Hebei County people. In 1965 the Harbin
Military Engineering Institute study, at the same time joined
the army. 1970 graduated in the original allocation of Industry
for National Defense Space Medicine Engineering Institute Director-General
of the Political Department of publicity. 1977 transferred to
the original cadre training classes Industry for National Defense,
has been teaching, the vice chairman of the Teaching and Research

Academy of Social Sciences to study philosophy. A master's degree
